The RD-1 is designed for use with phones that also support native headset hookswitch control and works with Plantronics CS50, CS60, CS70, and Voyager 510S wireless headset families. Once connected, the RD-1 will send a ringer alert to the headset any time the phone rings.
The RD-1 works with ShoreTel and Toshiba desk phones and may work with additional manufacturers, check with our Product Configurator for more information.
