We work very closely with major phone suppliers to ensure compatibility, and are so confident, we offer a money back guarantee if for some reason these headsets don't work with the particular phone you have. Please note the optional HL10 lifter, which adds remote-answer capability to our wireless systems, is excluded from this guarantee.

Simply buy one of the above products and install it with whatever phone you have. In the vast majority of cases, it will work. But why not visit our 'Compatibility checker' tool before you buy to check compatibility up front. Or ask your reseller who should also be able to advise you".

What to do if you have bought a product and it doesn't work.

The first thing to do is contact Plantronics customer care team- click here for contact details. It may well be that the headset and phone are compatible, and you just need some set up advise. Our team will be able to help.

If, once you have contacted Plantronics customer services, the headset does appear incompatible with your office phone, please return it to your reseller for a refund. You should do this within the standard purchase return period specified by your reseller. Customer services will provide you with a return authorisation code which you should quote to your reseller.
