Commercial Product Replacement Process
Plantronics will ship a replacement product within two working days* after we receive the returned product and have verified that the product is covered under warranty**. For those products covered under warranty, to minimize the disruption of your operation, we will ship the replacement product via overnight air at our expense provided all necessary documentation has been provided. The faulty units should be returned to Plantronics, however if the faulty unit count is more than 25, we will arrange for a courier pick-up on a complimentary basis.
Non-commercial Product Replacement Process
You can visit any of our service stations based in 60+ locations across India. Before visiting a service location it is requested that you contact Plantronics via any of the methods mentioned below to request a return order number. Plantronics will determine if the product is covered under warranty. A valid sales receipt is mandatory to provide as proof of purchase in order for us to process your request.
