Plantronics Headset Service Station offers administrative tasks such as inventory control and inventory allocation, to technical tasks such as testing and parts replacement, the Service Station provides a sensible, efficient, and secure resource center.

  • Centralized control. A single location for inventory management that reduces lost and misplaced equipment. Better control also reduces out-of-warranty expenses.
  • Advanced replacement center. Provides location for collection, boxing, and shipping of headsets in need of service.
  • Secured storage. Locking compartments hold over 200 headsets and accessories, and help you control inventory of headsets, parts, and accessories.
  • Dispensing station. Your associates can quickly find and choose appropriate genuine Plantronics headsets and accessories, reducing downtime.
  • Testing center. Engineered to be rugged enough to support headset testing and modification.
  • Consolidated administration. Central location for dispensing work directives regarding headsets improves communications.
  • Usage monitoring. Single point of control means better measurement of usage, and better forecasting and budgeting for headsets.
  • Handicapped access. Countertops, workspace, and access panels are ADA compliant.
