Terms and Conditions for Use of Plantronics Quick Web Service
The Quick Web Service provides advanced replacement of Plantronics products that are both in-warranty and out-of-warranty. For out-of-warranty service there are fees associated with product replacement.
To purchase Plantronics products, please visit www.plantronics.com. The Plantronics Quick Web Service can not be used as a means to purchase new products.
In accordance with Plantronics, Inc. ("Plantronics") Limited Warranty, Plantronics will replace non-functional Plantronics products with equivalent Plantronics products which have been remanufactured or refurbished to original factory standards by Plantronics. If remanufactured or refurbished products are not available, Plantronics will provide new products, if available.
To receive the replacement Plantronics product, you must be the original purchaser of the Plantronics product in the United States, Washington D.C. or Canada ("Customer") and must meet the requirements provided in the Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions as well as the following requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must provide proof of purchase and follow the instructions for return of product as explained in the "How to Get Warranty Service" section of the Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the following:
You must include the following information with the returned Product(s):
(1) bill-to address; (2) ship-to address; (3) copy of your receipt, bill of sale or other comparable proof of purchase; (4) number and description of units shipped; (5) your name, telephone number, and email address; (6) a detailed description of the problem.
You must fax your Proof of Purchase to 1-800-279-0162 with a cover page referencing your name. If you do not fax in your proof-of-purchase, your request will not be processed, or you can email to service.center@plantronics.com
- You are responsible for shipping charges, insurance, and other transportation-related expenses incurred when returning products to Plantronics. If you return out-of-warranty Products or Products under warranty that are determined not to conform to this warranty, you will be responsible for all return-shipping and other transportation-related expenses.
Plantronics reserves the right to audit requests for warranty service and may refuse those requests which do not meet the requirements provided in these Terms and Conditions.
Plantronics will prosecute individuals who use the Quick Web Service for any purposes other than replacement of the Plantronics products they have purchased from Plantronics or Plantronics authorized resellers.
Participation in the Quick Web Service indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The Plantronics Service Center will review the date code stamped on the returned product. If the product shows an out of warranty date, the Plantronics Service Center will contact you.
