At Plantronics, we offer you several choices for service - Premier Service, Warranty Express Service and for large contact centers, our cost-saving Headset Service Station™ program.
- Premier Service Premier Service offers next-business-day replacement of your out-of-warranty, non-functional equipment with equivalent models remanufactured to original factory standards and covered by our full 1-year factory service warranty.
- Warranty Express Warranty Express offers product replacement shipped to you within one working day after we receive your returned, in-warranty product. To minimize the disruption to your operation, we'll ship the replacement via overnight air at our expense.
- Headset Service Station™ Plantronics Headset Service Station™ offers administrative tasks such as inventory control and inventory allocation, to technical tasks such as testing and parts replacement, the Service Station provides a sensible, efficient, and secure resource center.
