At Plantronics, we offer you several choices for service - Premier Service, Warranty Express Service and for large contact centers, our cost-saving Headset Service Station™ program.


Notice: Clearance items are non-returnable. All sales are final. Clearance items are sold in "as is" condition, including:

  • Product may be packaged in a manner other than standard retail packaging, such as plastic blister pack or baggie.
  • Product may have slight variances in product color and finish, logo placement, and in-package accessories.
  • Accessories including replacement earloops/ear cushions, batteries, and add-on charging units may no longer be available.
  • Recertified products carry a 3 month warranty. All other product carries no warranty and is not covered by any of Plantronics' standard service/replacement agreements.
  • Recertified products are pre-owned and have been returned under our Return and Refund Policies. All units have been certified by Plantronics' quality process.
