Warranty Information
We at Plantronics realize that customer satisfaction depends not only on how the product works out of the box, but how well it performs over time. We are so confident in the quality, reliability and dependability of our products that we offer a full two year warranty on all our commercial products and a one year warranty on all non-commercial products.
Scope
During the designated warranty period, Plantronics will replace products returned due to defects in materials and workmanship. No charge will be made for returned units of the commercial products which have "No Trouble Found."
Term
The warranty period lasts for 24 months on commercial products and 12 months for non-commercial products from the date of purchase.
Clearance Store
Notice: Clearance items are non-returnable. All sales are final. Clearance items are sold in "as is" condition, including:
- Product may be packaged in a manner other than standard retail packaging, such as plastic blister pack or baggie.
- Product may have slight variances in product color and finish, logo placement, and in-package accessories.
- Accessories including replacement earloops/ear cushions, batteries, and add-on charging units may no longer be available.
- Recertified products carry a 3 month warranty. All other product carries no warranty and is not covered by any of Plantronics' standard service/replacement agreements.
- Recertified products are pre-owned and have been returned under our Return and Refund Policies. All units have been certified by Plantronics' quality process.
Recertified Products
- All products are Factory 100% tested to make sure that they meet Plantronics quality standards.
- The test included the measuring of the battery capacity.
- They were all put through a thorough cleaning process and inspection.
- All Ear Tips and Ear Cushions are new.
- This product carries a three month warranty.
- This product is fully functional and includes a user guide.
- This product is not packaged in a box. It ships as a bulk item.
Expedited Service for Commercial Products
We will ship a replacement product within one working day after we receive your returned product and have verified that your product is under warranty. To minimize the disruption to your operation, we'll ship the replacement via overnight air at our expense.
Continuing Coverage
All replacement products will continue under warranty for one year (or the balance of the original two year warranty period when applicable) - whichever is longest.
