PerSono Suite software ensures softphone call control functions such as answering, ending and muting calls with supported Plantronics products. PerSono Suite 1.1 adds Avaya one-X support and offers remote software and firmware updates, and automatic notification of software updates. For Savi Office users the new IT configurator tool allows IT to automatically send out software updates and customize headset and base system settings such as ring tones, volume levels, and default answer/end call settings.
