Savi Office WO100/WO200: How to Mute/Un-mute

How can I mute or un-mute my Savi Office WO100 / WO200 headset?

Procedure

The Savi Office mute control can be controlled in three different ways depending on the current link condition. Note: You cannot mute the headset when the link is off, and you cannot begin a call in the mute condition.

Charging base indicator lights:

  • Un-muted headset = solid green light
  • Muted headset = solid red light

To mute and un-mute:

From the Headset:From the Base:From PerSono Suite:
To mute, press the volume down button for about 1.5 seconds until a triple beep is heard in the headset. The headset will continue to give a triple beep every 15 seconds.

To un-mute, press the volume down button for about 1.5 seconds until a triple beep is heard in the headset.
You cannot mute from the base.

To un-mute, perform a short single press of the button on top of the charge base next to the red light.
To mute, click the green headset icon in the "Audio Control" panel. The headset icon will turn red and you will hear a triple beep in the headset every 15 seconds.

To un-mute, click the red headset icon in the Audio Control panel. The icon will turn green again.
