.Audio 995: Wireless Information

The .Audio 995 contains a unique 32-bit Device ID in each dongle and headset that is manufactured. Once the devices are paired, they can only communicate with each other and not be eavesdropped on or routed to a different USB dongle or headset, unless they are explicitly repaired with another device. This is very similar to the Bluetooth pairing process (minus the need to enter a code).


When a link is established it is considered private (only a 1:1 link) is allowed, so even if a 2nd headset were paired to the same USB dongle as the 1st one, once the 1st link is established, it blocks any additional device from attempting to connect.
