Resolved Issue

  • Some users had reported having trouble answering a PC call via the BT300 adapter while already on a mobile phone call whenever their Voyager Pro UC (B230/B230-M) or Voyager Pro HD had a low battery. Users reported that when they tried to answer the PC call, the headset would have no audio and they would have to press the power or volume button to transfer the audio to the PC call. This issue is now resolved.
