MyHeadset Updater Troubleshooting: Updater not working with Internet Explorer's Metro app


I can't run MyHeadset Updater using Internet Explorer's Metro app. Why doesn't this work?


Unfortunately, the Internet Explorer Metro app is not fully featured to run plugins, which is needed to run MyHeadset Updater. As such, you should always use desktop versions of browsers to run MyHeadset Updater and perform firmware updates or settings changes.
