Savi Office WO100 & WO200: My Savi Office does not always answer or end the call when I press the call control or base button?

Answer

The Savi Office system is designed to provide call control the Microsoft Office Communicator (OCS) with out the PerSono Suite software*; however, there are times when OCS calls placed or answered using the computer screen may not automatically enable the Savi headset RF link. A similar issue would be when you try to end a call with the headset call control or base button but only close the RF link and the call remains on OCS.

 

Solution: Close PerSono Suite completely and start it again.

 

 

*You may need PerSono Suite for call control with a different soft phone like Skype. There is no problem to run PerSono Suite with OCS, but it is not necessary if you do not have any other soft phone running.
