MCD100-M Troubleshooting: No sound


Why is no sound coming from MCD100?


Check that you have setup the MCD100 as the default device under the tools/audio wizard menu of your MOC or Lync application. Ensure that you do not have the volume adjusted to minimum on your speakerphone. Ensure that you do not have another device connected into the 3.5mm socket of your speakerphone?
