USB Headset Troubleshooting: Headset compatibility with i2050 softphone

Which headsets provide call control with Avaya 2050 IP softphone (previously Nortel i2050)?

Answer

Avaya 2050 IP softphone provides call control with the CS50-USB. Spokes is not required. A DA-45 with an H-series headset provides call control with PerSono Call software. PerSono Call software should be installed but the user should not launch the application. These are the only two headsets that provide call control with this software.
