Jeff Loebbaka is Senior Vice President, Global Sales at Plantronics. In this role, Jeff sets core sales goals and provides strategic guidance for success, including developing and implementing global go-to-market programs. Additionally, Jeff leads the sales teams in driving engagement with customers and partners, to design and implement the very best communications solutions to meet their needs both in and out of the workplace.
Jeff has more than 25 years of senior sales, marketing, and customer service leadership experience. Prior to joining Plantronics, Jeff was Chief Commercial Officer from March 2016 to June 2017 at Spruce Finance, Inc., where he oversaw sales, marketing, business development, and product teams responsible for driving adoption and growth of Spruce's platform and products.
Before Spruce Finance, Jeff served as Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Marketing and Service, at Enphase Energy (2010 to 2015). While there, he grew the company's share of the US residential and small commercial markets from 15 to 40 percent, increased revenues from $20M to $345M in just five years, and played a key role in the company's 2012 IPO. Jeff has also held several senior sales and marketing executive roles at Seagate, including Senior Vice President of Europe, Middle East and Africa, and earlier as Senior Vice President of Global Channel Sales and Corporate Marketing. Jeff has also held GM and other senior sales and marketing management roles at Adaptec, Brunswick, and Apple Computer.
Jeff holds an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
