We are running Lync 2013 VDI and using Wyse WTOS thin clients with Citrix HDX. We get audio but the buttons on the headset do not work. What is the problem?
Currently there is no Microsoft Lync 2013 VDI plug-in available for Wyse client running WTOS which would optimize the audio and headset commands. Audio will work but the HID (call control) commands from the headsets will not pass back and forth to the server.
