Cisco Jabber Plug-in Troubleshooting: No call control after install

Question

I installed the Cisco Jabber plug-in, but I do not get call control. What can I do?

Answer

If you do not get call control after installing the Cisco Jabber plug-in, please try/check the following:

  1. The Jabber Plugin is currently not compatible with SPOKES. Please uninstall SPOKES before you install the plugin.
  2. Make sure that you enable the Jabber Accessory manager (AM) in CUCM for call control to work.
  3. Make sure that you do not install the Logitech Jabber plugin simultaneously.
