Why doesn’t my Lync presence change when I’m on a mobile, deskphone, or softphone call after upgrading to Hub 3.4 and Aware for Lync 2013?
There is a known issue with this release of Hub 3.4 and Aware 3.4. The problem is that the Target Softphone is not being set to Lync 2013 in Hub (Hub > Settings > Softphones). Changing the target softphone to Lync 2013 will correct the problem. This will be corrected in a future version.
