MDA200 Troubleshooting: No Audio Connection with Computer

Question

There's no audio connection between my PC and the MDA200.  Can I fix this?

Answer

If there is no audio connection between the PC and switcher:

  • Ensure a headset is plugged in to the other end of the switcher.
  • Unplug USB cable from switcher and then reconnect the cable.
  • Quit and then restart your PC audio or softphone application.
