.Audio 995 Troubleshooting: No Audio from the Headset

Question

I cannot hear any audio from the headset. What can I do?

Answer

Make sure the headset is paired to the adapter. Click here for instructions on how to pair the devices.

If you find that the headset is paired to the adapter, but you cannot hear any audio from the headset, p
ower off the headset and then power it back on. The headset should then automatically re-connect to the wireless USB adapter.
