Explorer 320 Troubleshooting: Poor Audio Quality

The Explorer 320 headset does not work very well with my cell phone (or other mobile device).


We recommend that you wear the headset on the same side of your body that you would normally wear your phone or mobile device. As both the headset and cell phone are radios, they operate best when there is nothing blocking the path of the radio signal. We recommend that for best performance the user not block the line of sight between the headset and their mobile device. Also, in general, the headset gives the best audio quality when near full or fully charged. It is recommended to maintain the Explorer as close to fully charged as possible.
