Calisto Pro Troubleshooting: Not Responding to Computer


My Calisto Pro is not responding when connected to the internet.  What should I do?


Be sure that the Calisto Pro is the only USB headset connected to the computer.  You will need to unplug any other Plantronics USB headset. Also unplug and replug the USB cable.
