My Calisto Pro is not responding when connected to the internet. What should I do?
Be sure that the Calisto Pro is the only USB headset connected to the computer. You will need to unplug any other Plantronics USB headset. Also unplug and replug the USB cable, and be sure that PerSonocall software is running.
When the Persono software has an active connection with the Calisto Pro, the handset will read "Connected: Internet."
