Savi 700 Series Troubleshooting: Headset Unresponsive


If your headset system becomes unresponsive, doesn't lift the handset with the handset lifter accessory or seems to be dead even though it has been charging, the subscription (radio link) may have been lost or corrupted.


  1. Verify the headset has a charge by pressing the call control button. You should hear three short beeps in the headset.
  2. Verify the light on the wall plug is green.
  3. Place the headset in the stand. The charge light should come on and the subscription light should alternate red/green.

If the problem persists, you may only need to subscribe your headset and base.
