Voyager Legend Troubleshooting: No audio when using the Scopia iPad app


I cannot get audio through Voyager Legend, when I use Avaya Scopia app in iPad2 with iOS 7.0.4. What is the issue?


Avaya informed us that this issue is related to iOS 7, and is not related to Scopia app version. Avaya plans to address this in a future Scopia release.
