Plantronics Hub for Mac: Does Not Show Avaya Equinox Softphone After Upgrade

I upgraded from Plantronics Hub v3.9x to v3.10 on my Mac, and I do not see Avaya Equinox listed as a supported softphone. What can I do?
To resolve this issue, uninstall Plantronics Hub, and then reinstall it using the install file from the
Downloads & Apps page
of our website.
