Warranty Exchanges: How to Tell Whether You're Under Warranty

Your warranty period is determined by your model and date of purchase and your region.


For North America:


The warranty for commercial products is 24 months from date of purchase, and non-commercial products come with a 12-month warranty.

Commercial Products
 are products specially designed for contact center usage and office usage (i.e. H-Tops: H51, H101, H171, etc.; Polaris headsets: P51, P101, P171, etc.; amplifiers: M12, Mx10, A20, S20, P10, etc.).

Non-Commercial Products include our computer headsets (.Audio and DSP series), Bluetooth headsets, mobile headsets (M110, M205, MX100, M1500, etc.), cordless products (CA-10, CT-10, CT-12, etc.), small office solutions (T10, S10, DA-50, etc.), and most special application headsets.

To determine if your product is under warranty, you will need the product’s date code or a valid proof of purchase.
