It's easy to upgrade firmware or personalize the settings using your USB cable, PC and the Plantronics MyHeadset Updater tool.

Installation Tip
Make sure your computer meets the operating system and browser requirements above.
- Use your USB cable to connect your headset to your PC's USB port. Disconnect all other devices.
- Download and install the MyHeadset Updater plug-in (first time only)
- Select settings you would like to change from the list provided. You will be asked to confirm these changes.
- During the update do not unplug the headset, power off your computer or close the browser window.
