How to register and request a replacement using Plantronics Direct Warranty

If you are located in one of the following countries, you can register and request a replacement using Plantronics Direct Warranty: 
 
North America United States, Canada

If you already have an account enter your email and password to sign in.

If you do not have an account select Create New Account, and fill out the form with your information, then select Register

  Once the registration is completed, you will be taken to your account dashboard.

To register a product


Click on Register a Product.

To register a product by serial number 


Type in the serial number of your product, then click Search. Click here for information on how to find your serial number.

  Select Confirm Registration when you verify the correct product is listed.

To register a product without a serial number


Select Register a Product and click  I have no Serial Number

  Type the model of your product and select Search.

  Select your product from the drop-down menu.

  To complete the registration enter the purchased date and quantity, then select Register.

To request a replacement 

 
    Choose the product you want to claim and select New Warranty Claim.

  You can request a replacement by serial number or by product name.

By serial number:


Enter the serial number of the product you want to replace and also the problem type. If you need to replace more devices you can choose + Add Section.

Select the problem type and click Continue.    

To register by Product Name


Select the problem type on the headset you wish to replace and select Continue.

  Choose your address or enter a new one, agree to the replacement service terms and conditions and submit your claim.

After you submit your claim, a message will appear indicating that your claim was submitted successfully, you will also receive an email confirmation with further instructions.
