I do not get call control with my Plantronics USB headset when used with Spokes 2.8/Hub 3.0 and Avaya Aura Agent Desktop (AAAD). What is the issue?

Answer

For call control to work, you will need AAADHeadsetSupport.msi, in addition to Hub/Spokes 2.8. You can download the msi file from http://www.devconnectprogram.com/site/global/products_resources/avaya_aura_contact_center/releases/6_4/index.gsp
