Executive Vice President, Global Sales
Jeff Loebbaka is Executive Vice President, Global Sales at Plantronics. In this role, Loebbaka sets core sales goals and provides strategic guidance for success, including developing and implementing global go-to-market programs. Additionally, Loebbaka leads the sales teams in driving engagement with customers and partners, to design and implement the very best communications solutions to meet their needs both in and out of the workplace.
Loebbaka joined Plantronics in 2017 as Senior Vice President, Global Sales. He has more than 25 years of senior sales, marketing and customer service leadership experience. Prior to joining Plantronics, Loebbaka was Chief Commercial Officer at Spruce Finance, Inc., where he oversaw sales, marketing, business development and product teams responsible for driving adoption and growth of Spruce’s platform and products.
Before Spruce Finance, Loebbaka served as Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Marketing and Service, at Enphase Energy. While there, he grew the company’s share of the U.S. residential and small commercial markets from 15 to 40 percent, increased revenues from $20M to $345M in just five years and played a key role in the company’s 2012 IPO.
Loebbaka has also held several senior sales and marketing executive roles at Seagate, including Senior Vice President of Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Senior Vice President of Global Channel Sales and Corporate Marketing. Loebbaka has also held GM and other senior sales and marketing management roles at Adaptec, Brunswick and Apple Computer.
Loebbaka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
