Voyager Legend Troubleshooting: Sensors not working as expected

The Smart Sensors on my Voyager Legend aren't working. What can I do?

Answer

Turn the Sensors Off: If you have continued issues, try turning the Smart Sensors off. You can do so using Plantronics Hub:
  1. Go to http://www.plantronics.com/us/product/plantronics-hub-desktop/
  2. Select Voyager Legend.
  3. Click Get Started.
  4. Follow the on screen prompts until you reach the "Personalize Your Settings" screen.
  5. In the "Smart Sensors" section, click No to turn sensors off or Yes to turn sensors on.
  6. Click the Update Your Headset button at the bottom of the screen.
