Marque M155 Troubleshooting: Headset Doesn't Automatically Reconnect to PC

Question

I use my M155 for making calls on my PC. When I shut the machine down or put it to sleep and then start it up again, the headset no longer shows as being included my computer's list of audio devices. The only way to fix this is to delete the headset from my computer and then reinstall it, and it works until the next time I have to reboot. Is there any way I can fix this?
 


Answer

If the headset does not automatically connect to the computer, right click on the headset icon in Windows Devices and Printers and choose “Control”. This field should show the disconnected Bluetooth headset status and enable it to connect to the computer.  

Additionally, you may want to contact the computer manufacturer to determine if there is a way to auto-connect the headset when the computer is turned on, as the headset does not control this function.
