The transmit and receive audio on my CS55 will occasionally become distorted or cut out. What could be causing this?
Smart phones (iPhone, Galaxy, Blackberry, Droid, etc.) can interfere with wireless headsets. This typically occurs when the smart phone is downloading or sending information (using data) while you're using the headset. The best solution for this issue is to keep the headset as far away as possible (at least 4-5 feet is recommended) from the mobile phone.
