Question

I am unable to hear callers when I recieve a call on my RIG headphones. How can I fix it?

Answer

To fix this issue, e nsure that the game/mobile sound balancer is is set to 9 o'clock or below on the mixer. Note: Setting this control to the top of the travel balances your audio mix toward game sound, and the connected mobile devices are effectively muted.
