What should I do if I can't hear callers, a dial tone, or any audio at all?


1. Ensure the headset is powered on. If you have no indicator light activity, the battery may be dead. Charge your battery for 2 hours for a full charge. 2. Ensure you are in range of your phone/Bluetooth audio device. The range is up to 33 feet (10 meters), depending on your environment. 3. The headset listening volume may be too low.  Press the volume up button to increase the volume.
