Can't Hear the Caller or a Dial Tone

Answer

If you can't hear the caller or a dial tone, try the following:
  • The headset might not be turned on.  Press the call control button for approximately 4 seconds until you hear a tone or see the indicator glow blue.
  • Your headset might be out of range.  Move the headset closer to the Bluetooth phone.
  • Your headset battery might be drained.  Charge your battery.
  • The listening volume may be low.  Incremental tapping of the call control button will adjust the volume.
  • Make sure that the headset fits properly.
