Maria brings to the board more than 35 years of leadership experience across technology sectors including software, services, networking technology, and hardware. Her focus on customer success and expertise in cloud-based enterprise software make her a great fit for helping us shape and execute our customer-centered Innovation Waves.
Prior to joining Salesforce, Maria managed Microsoft's $3 billion global services business, including professional services and customer support for all products. Before that she was president and CEO of Embrace Networks. She has also held senior leadership roles at Motorola and AT&T.
Maria holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, San Juan, and a Master's of Science degree in computer engineering from Ohio State University.
